Polonia Hub welcomes event submissions from Polish clubs, organisations, schools, churches, businesses, and individual community members. Submitting takes under five minutes.
To submit an event, visit the Submit Event page from the main navigation. Fill in the event title in both English and Polish if possible, the date and time, location, category, and a short description. You can also add an image URL, organiser details, and a booking link.
Submissions are reviewed by the Polonia Hub team, usually within 48 hours. Approved events appear in the public events feed and on the organiser's profile if they are listed in the directory.
What gets approved: cultural events, religious observances, social gatherings, educational opportunities, sporting events, business networking, and community celebrations with a clear connection to the Polish-Australian community.
What gets rejected: events without a Polish community connection, duplicates, commercial promotions disguised as events, and content that is divisive or political.
