By using Find Polonia you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Use of the service
Find Polonia is provided free of charge. You agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service to publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or violates the privacy of others.
3. Submissions and editorial right
All submissions (events, organisations, businesses, articles) are reviewed before publication. We reserve full editorial discretion — we may approve, edit or reject any submission for any reason, without explanation. Approval does not constitute endorsement.
4. Third-party content and disclaimer
Find Polonia aggregates information about events and organisations operated by third parties. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we are not the organiser of any event or operator of any organisation listed in the directory. We accept no liability for the conduct of any event, the accuracy of any listing, or any loss arising from your attendance at an event or your dealings with a listed organisation. Please verify details directly with the organiser before relying on them.
5. Intellectual property
The design, software, and original editorial content of Find Polonia are the property of Polish Australian Youth Gathering and are protected by copyright. By submitting content (descriptions, images, logos) you grant Find Polonia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish, edit and promote that content within the service and across related channels (e.g. social media, newsletter). You retain ownership of submitted content and are responsible for holding the rights necessary to share it.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind as to availability, completeness or currency of content.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of Victoria. Any disputes arising from your use of the service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
